At The Harvard Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your apparel or accessories, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original state.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
